"It’s fun being in the Junior Church family." | 
Some very fishy things go on at our Junior Church! We have two groups, the Minnows for age 3 to 7 and the Sardines for age 7 to 13. If you’re younger than that there’s the crèche, where 2 helpers look after you and you can play on the slide, in the tunnels and with lots of toys. Or you can sit quietly and read a book or colour a picture.
The Minnows and the Sardines enjoy singing, dancing and acting but they also like making things, cooking and talking about important things like what it’s like being a child of God and how we can talk to Him. And we like running, jumping and joining in with games. In Church we sing our songs and join in, helping David, our Minister. At Christmas all the children are in a big Nativity Play – the crèche children too! This year, instead of a Christmas party we went bowling – cool! And in the summer we have games outside, or a bouncy castle inside, and we go on a trip to somewhere nice. Sometimes we have a Holiday Club. Last year a magician came to see us, and a man with puppets. And we do things to help people. We made cakes and sold them to help people in Pakistan whose homes were washed away by floods.
